Cash foreign exchange transactions

Cash foreign exchange transactions are carried out at the Bank's cash desk at 4 Leontovycha St., Kyiv, letter "A, A1".

You can exchange foreign cash currency (US dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), Turkish lira (TRY), British pound (GBP), Swiss franc (CHF), Japanese yen (JPY), Polish zloty (PLN), Czech koruna (CZK) Hungarian forint (HUF), Canadian dollar (CAD), Australian dollar (AUD), Romanian leu (RON), Bulgarian lev (BGN), Chinese yuan (CNY), New Israeli shekel (ILS)) to UAH and vice versa without any fees.

You can also exchange one foreign currency for another (available for the following currency pairs: EUR/USD, USD/PLN, USD/CHF).

Currency exchange is carried out at the Bank's exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Non-cash foreign exchange transactions

Individuals can use the service of buying and selling foreign currency on the interbank foreign exchange market of Ukraine (FX market). The purchased currency or the UAH equivalent from the sale of currency is credited to your current and/or deposit account on the day of the transaction .

Transactions for the purchase and/or exchange of non-cash foreign currency in the FX market are carried out within the limits established by the current legislation of Ukraine.
