Creditwest Bank has joined the national energy initiative Power Banking to guarantee uninterrupted banking services to customers even in the event of emergency power outages. Our outlets are equipped with generators and have stable access to communication.

We support the development of a barrier-free environment in both physical branches and digital services. This includes:

accessibility of premises for people with reduced mobility,
online banking interfaces that are convenient for people with visual impairments,
staff training on the principles of inclusive service.
