In establishing business relations with customers and providing services, the Bank adheres to the following principles of consumer protection, including people with disabilities and other groups with limited mobility:
- Zero tolerance to any form of discrimination against customers when establishing business relations and providing financial services;
- Notification of customers with disabilities and other low-mobility groups of the availability of specific solutions in the Bank that allow them to receive services on an equal basis with other customers of the institution;
- Application of affirmative action and specific solutions to provide customers with barrier-free financial services.
