Barrier-free accessibility

Barrier-free society is the Bank's commitment to ensure equal access to financial services for all consumers by introducing economic barriers for people with disabilities, which will help increase confidence in the Bank.

Barrier-free accessibility

In order to prevent any form of unjustified discrimination against consumers, including people with disabilities and other groups with limited mobility, when providing financial and/or support services, JSC ‘CREDITWEST BANK’ adheres to the principles of barrier-free financial services.

JSC ‘CREDITWEST BANK’ is actively working to create an inclusive space and the Bank has created appropriate conditions for physical accessibility of the premises at 4 Leontovycha St., Kyiv, letter ‘A, A1’, including the adjacent territory, taking into account the accessibility of their use by people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups in the provision of services to them, taking into account the adaptation of the requirements of the Head Office building.


At the entrance to the premises, there are Braille signs that duplicate the information on the operating hours and the name of the Bank, the territory of the Head Office equipment includes a parking area for cars of customers ‘person with disabilities’ and is accessible to wheelchair users to get to the entrance areas of the premises. 

 

When a person with a disability or a person with limited mobility applies to the Bank, the administrator - security guard of the Bank shall notify the customer service manager, who will ensure further support of the client and provision of financial services to him/her.

Credit West bank

In establishing business relations with customers and providing services, the Bank adheres to the following principles of consumer protection, including people with disabilities and other groups with limited mobility:

  1. Zero tolerance to any form of discrimination against customers when establishing business relations and providing financial services;
  2. Notification of customers with disabilities and other low-mobility groups of the availability of specific solutions in the Bank that allow them to receive services on an equal basis with other customers of the institution;
  3. Application of affirmative action and specific solutions to provide customers with barrier-free financial services.
