The Bank has the right to amend the individual safe deposit box lease agreement, except for those that provide for changes in the lease price, by notifying the customer no later than 30 calendar days before the date the changes take effect. Changes to the cost of an individual safe deposit box lease shall be made only by signing a relevant agreement between the Bank and the customer.Can I prematurely terminate the lease agreement for an individual safe deposit box?
The Customer has the right to cancel/terminate the Agreement prematurely during the entire term of the Agreement by submitting an application for early termination of the lease of an individual safe deposit box. As a result of premature termination/termination of the Agreement, the "rent" is not recalculated and is not refunded to the Customer.How do I opt out of receiving advertising materials?
