ETHICAL STANDARDS

The Bank has implemented high ethical standards and rules of conduct for its employees, compliance with which ensures the trust of customers and partners in the financial institution. All employees of the Bank interact with customers, employees, competitors and business partners of the Bank in accordance with the requirements of the Code of Conduct (Ethics) of JSC "CREDITWEST BANK".

 

 

MANAGEMENT OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

All employees of the Bank are obliged to avoid conflicts of interest in their activities and not to create conditions for its occurrence. When conducting financial transactions and making decisions in their day-to-day activities, the Bank's employees give preference to the interests of the Bank and are guided by the requirements of the law, regulations, and market standards.

 

 

PREVENTION OF VIOLATIONS IN THE BANK'S ACTIVITIES

In its activities, JSC "CREDITWEST BANK" adheres to the highest standards of business ethics and takes all possible measures to prevent unacceptable behavior of employees or violations in the Bank's activities.

 

Unacceptable behavior is a violation of the rules of the Code of Ethics, the current legislation of Ukraine and the Bank's internal documents. Unacceptable behavior includes submission of unreliable financial, statistical and management reports, crimes in the field of official activity, crimes in the field of economic activity (fraud), violation of sanctions, legalization (laundering) of proceeds of crime, financing of terrorism and financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (report violations by the link), non-competitive practices, bribery, corruption, violation of consumer rights, violation of the laws of Ukraine, internal documents of the Bank.

 

The Bank highly values its customers, employees and reputation, so if you become aware of any unacceptable behavior of employees/violations in activities that may harm the interests of the Bank and its reputation, please send a confidential message to compliance@creditwest.ua or use the confidential communication form below. 

 

In order to conduct further review of each fact of unacceptable behavior/violations in the Bank's activities and take appropriate measures, please indicate in your reports the name and position of the employee/name of the Bank's unit whose actions, in your opinion, are improper, the date/time of the incident, and provide justification for the unacceptable behavior and, if available, provide evidence.

 

Please note that the Compliance Department considers reports of alleged unacceptable behavior of employees or violations in the Bank's activities.
