Restrictions on quasi cash and P2P transfers

22.03.2022
Restrictions on quasi cash and P2P transfers

The Bank operates within the restrictions imposed by the NBU under martial law, namely restrictions on quasi cash and P2P transfers to prevent capital outflows abroad.

The NBU has imposed the total limit of UAH 100 thousand (equivalent) per month for:

  • transfer of funds to the accounts of individuals abroad using the payment card details of the payer and the recipient (P2P transfers);
  • transactions using payment cards to purchase assets that are directly convertible (exchanged) for cash and are classified as quasi cash transactions. Such transactions include: replenishment of e-wallets, brokerage or forex accounts, payment of traveller's cheques, purchase of virtual assets, etc.

Please note that you can pay for goods and services in retail chains and through the Internet with the Bank's payment cards without any restrictions both in Ukraine and abroad.
