Purpose of program
- to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises;
- to increase investment and economic activity of SMEs;
- to create of new jobs;
- to increase revenues to the budget of the city of Kyiv.
Advantages of the program
For the period of martial law and for 90 calendar days after its termination or cancellation, support is provided at the level of 99% of the amount of interest under the loan agreement actually paid by the borrower for the reporting period at its own expense.
Subsequently, the support is provided at the level of 50% of the amount of interest under the loan agreement actually paid by the borrower for the reporting period at his own expense.
Main parameters
Funding amount
May not exceed UAH 50 million as of the date of the loan agreement between the Bank and the borrower.
Maximum nominal interest rate
UIRD (12-month) + 9%, established on the day preceding the day of the loan agreement.
Term
May not exceed 72 months, within the limits of the funds provided for in the budget for the relevant year, and requires approval to include the client in the register on an annual basis.
Collateral
Main: pledge, mortgage of real estate, surety bond, government portfolio guarantee.
The loan agreement may provide for other types of collateral to secure the borrower's fulfilment of the obligation.
Terms of participation
To participate in this program, the following 4 criteria must be met simultaneously:
Criteria 1. Registration and payment of taxes in Kyiv. For the period of martial law, it is allowed to locate production facilities throughout Ukraine.
Criteria 2. All types of activities, except for: production of alcohol, tobacco products, explosives, weapons, financial and insurance activities, programming, gambling, etc.
Criteria 3. From 01 June 2024, for the period of martial law and 90 calendar days after its termination or cancellation, support is provided to enterprises that carry out their main activities in accordance with the Classifier of Economic Activities 2010, Section C ‘Manufacturing’, namely
- Class 30.30 ‘Manufacture of aerial and space vehicles and related equipment’;
- Class 27.11 ‘Manufacture of electric motors, generators, transformers and control equipment’;
- Class 27.12 ‘Manufacture of electrical distribution and control equipment’;
- Class 27.20 ‘Manufacture of batteries and accumulators’;
- Class 27.90 ‘Manufacture of other electrical equipment’;
- SMEs in the city of Kyiv that receive loans or credit lines for the purchase of independent sources of electricity’.
Criteria 4. Borrower's own contribution of at least 20% of the loan amount.
